Success at school begins … in bed!
Is your child very restless or, quite the opposite, lacking in energy and struggling at school? The reason could be very close to home: perhaps he or she is not getting enough sleep.
It could be as simple as that! We all need a certain number of hours sleep in order to function properly. Children even more so than adults. So work out how much sleep your children need and make sure that they get it.
Children who go to bed at a regular time achieve better results than those who don’t. And this holds true for all areas of development. At the age of 4, making sure your child gets enough sleep is the best way to ensure healthy development. Children who get enough sleep are known to achieve better results in language learning and in mathematics. And they are also more attentive in class.
